Train
The best way to get from Milan Malpensa airport to the downtown area is by MalpensaExpress Train.

Bus
There is also a deluxe bus which leaves every 30 minutes to Milan railway station and Milan downtown. Buses are available from 7.30am to 17.30pm.

Shuttle Service

Terminal 2 (Malpensa North) is connected to Terminal 1 (Malpensa West) by a free Shuttle bus each ten minutes. The stops are:

sidewalk in front of the Arrivals
sidewalk in front of the Departures

Malpensa - Terminal 1:

sidewalk in front of Arrivals floor - Stop n. 2
sidewalk in front of Departures floor - Door n. 13

Ticket office
Ticket counters are located at the entrance of departures lounge: they are open 24 hours.

Check-in
You will find the Check-in counters just in front of the entrances: please pay attention at airlines indications and hand your baggage. On the right side of the departures lounge, you will also find check-in counters for groups.

Waiting-list counter
If you do not have your reservation confirmed, please go to the waiting list counter, close to international departures lounge.

Club SEA
Club SEA members may proceed for check-in formalities directly in Club SEA sala Puccini. Members waiting for the boarding may have a rest in transit lounge: Sala Verdi.
