Bus station
- Terminal 1 - In front of the Arrivals Halls.
- Terminal 2 - In front of Hall D and E on Level 2
There are many bus connections to and from Frankfurt.
Taxis
Getting to and from Frankfurt Airport by taxi is very easy. Large numbers
of taxis are located in front of both terminals.
Airport Travel Market
Around 40 tour operators/travel agencies offer travel bargains and ordinary
package holidays here.
Baggage carts
- Baggage carts are available free of charge from all areas
of both terminals. The carts can be used on escalators but not on
the "Sky Line" shuttle between the two terminals.
- Baggage tracing If your luggage has been lost or damaged,
please go to one of the baggage tracing counters. These can be found
in all baggage claim areas.
- Buggy hire Fold-up buggies for use in Frankfurt Airport
can be hired in the left-luggage area in both terminals.
Chapel, prayer/meditation rooms
For Christians, Jews, Muslims and other faiths.
Gambling Casino
In addition to slot machines, roulette can be played in the 350 m2 gambling
casino.
Gate taxi
Two noiseless electric carts are available free of charge to help passengers
move around within Hall A. They run between Gates A22/23 and the main
security checkpoint.
Hotel reservations
Frankfurt Airport offers an on-site hotel reservation service.
Kennels
Frankfurt Airport can provide accommodation for your dog in their extensive
kennel facilities, most of which are grassed over. In addition, Frankfurt
Airport offer professional care, contact and games with other dogs,
plus veterinary services. Conditions:
- You must be a passenger whose journey begins and ends at Frankfurt
Airport,
- or an employee of Frankfurt Airport.
- The dog must be healthy and have a valid vaccination card.

If you lose or find an item at Frankfurt Airport, please contact one
of Frankfurt Airport lost property offices.
Meeting Points
Frankfurt Airport's passenger terminals feature two special Meeting
Points for your convenience.
These meeting points have a seating area and notice boards where you
can leave messages.
Personal documents service
This service is useful in emergencies. For a fee, Frankfurt Airport
personal documents service in arrivals hall B, terminal 1 will quickly
issue you with a new passport or, if necessary, a visa.
Safe-deposit boxes
Guarded safe-deposit boxes in which you can leave automobile papers,
keys and valuables. The Frankfurter Sparkasse bank also rents out safe-deposit
boxes.
Sky Line
Frankfurt Airport's Sky Line shuttle service allows you to switch terminals
quickly and easily.
Ticket sales
Tickets for concerts, local theatres and major-league soccer matches
can be bought from Terminal 1.
