(for dropping off passengers). You can drop off passengers at Terminal
2 and at P6 outside Terminal 3, but you can´t park.
Parking
There are about 5,500 parking spaces at the airport. Most of these are
covered.
Train
Train ticket office is located in Copenhagen Airport Terminal 3 above
the platforms. There are lifts and travelators from both platforms to
Terminal 3. For Terminal 1, please use free transit bus from Terminal
3.
Taxi
The price includes taxes and tips, and in most cases it is possible
to pay by credit card.
- Set down
There are taxi set down areas in front of Terminal 1, Terminal 2
and Terminal 3. Please refer to your airline for check-in terminal.
- Pick up
There are taxi ranks at Terminal 3 (International Arrivals) and
Terminal 1 (Domestic Arrivals).
- Taxi to Sweden
There is a taxi rank at Terminal 3 reserved for taxis to Sweden.
Taxis in other ranks accept trips to Sweden as well.
Bus
As well as buses to nearby cities, there is also a free frequent bus
service, Bus no. 38, that runs between Domestic and International terminals.

Advice for Disabled Passengers
Before departure:
- If you need assistance and perhaps help to board the plane, you
need to inform when buying your ticket.
At departure:
- It is important to book assistance beforehand at the airline/travel
agency if you need help at the check-in or the luggage handling.
Should you so wish, you can also get assistance with transport through
the security check out to the plane - either in a wheelchair or
in an electric-car.
- Wheelchairs can be borrowed at the check-in counters.
- All doors are automatic and there are lifts between all the floors
in the Terminals.
- There are handicap-toilets in all areas of Copenhagen Airport.
- The central area is equipped with a induced loop for the hard
of hearing.
Service & Shopping in the International Terminal:
- It is possible to get around in a wheelchair in all areas in the
terminal since there are wide doors and no doorsteps.
- There are elderly and handicap friendly areas located in quiet
surroundings. These areas are particularly for people who need assistance.
- It is also possible to rent a room in the Transit Hotel situated
in the basement level of the transit area (the rooms are not suitable
for wheelchair user, who are travelling alone).
Companion Service:
- It is possible for children and disabled people to have one friend
or relative to escort the passenger all the way to the departure
gate in the transit area.
- The passenger pass is issued at the service information desk at
Terminal 3 against photo identification. If the passenger is suppose
to travel outside Schengen, the person who is escorting the passenger
need to bring photo identification and also a passport.
Toilets:
- There are handicap toilets in all terminals.
