Wizz Air offers the lowest available fare
Whenever you book a flight with Wizz Air - either on wizzair.com
or via the Call Centre, you will always be offered the lowest
fare available at the time of booking. Wizz Air informs you about
the terms and conditions which apply to the fare chosen and any
applicable taxes, fees and charges.
Wizz Air honours the agreed fare after payment
After payment for the ticket has been made, no fare increase
will apply for the date and flight booked.
Wizz Air tells passengers of known delays, cancellations
and diversions
If Wizz Air are aware of delays, cancellations and diversions
of their flights more than 5 hours before scheduled departure
time, their Call Centre will endeavour to inform you accordingly,
provided that you gave them your contact number. Their Call Centre
will make 3 attempts to call you. If Wizz Air are not aware of
flight disruptions in advance, they will continuously notify you
of the best available information at the airport and on board
the aircraft.
Wizz Air helps passengers facing delays
If Wizz Air cannot contact you in advance and you show up at
the airport for a flight delayed due to reasons within Wizz Air's
control, they will provide Light Refreshment Voucher to you after
4 hours of delay. You will not be entitled to Light Refreshment
Vouchers if the reason of the delay is outside Wizz Air's control.
