TAP Portugal services have been designed to make your journey
as comfortable as possible.
If you are travelling in Top Executive class you may also take
on board two duly labelled pieces of hand luggage. Hand lugage
must not exceed 115cm (55x40x22cm) and should not weigh more than
10kg total. If you are in Economy class, besides your personal
belongings, you may also take one duly labelled piece of hand
luggage, of the above size and not weighing more than 6kg.
Please carry valuables or important documents with you. For security
do not include in your luggage any products considered dangerous
which are specified on your air-ticket.
All TAP Portugal flights are non smoking, smoking is not permitted
under any circumstances.
If you are travelling with a baby you can request a cot for the
journey, but when the fasten seat belt sign is on, place the baby
on your lap. Please ask for the baby's feeding bottle to be warmed.
There are a number of games are available to keep children entertained.
If travelling in Economy class there is no charge for most drinks
available on board.
Blankets, pillows, wrinting paper, postcards and some games are
available. Besides a copy of Atlantis magazine there is a selection
of newspapers. Some of these items are in limited quantities.
After landing, for safety reasons and your own comfort, remain
seated until the engines come to a complete stop. Be careful on
opening the overhead luggage compartments as objects may fall
out.
When leaving the aircraft check that you have all you personal
belongings and hand luggage with you.
