Hapag-Lloyd Express is a total subsidiary of TUI
AG, the largest travel and tourist company in the whole world.
The airline has its headquarters at Hanover Airport and they commenced
flight operations in 2002. Today, HLX is the cheapest provider
of low-cost flights on lost of routes. In 2004 it carried 2.7
million passengers.
The Hapag-Lloyd Express company is formed on the basis of tradition,
experience and safety with a fresh, convincing concept: Flying
with them is as easy as taking a taxi.
In 2005 a total of 15 aircraft - 13 Boeing 737s and two Fokker
100s - will be flying to 28 destinations in nine European countries
from Cologne-Bonn, Hanover, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin-Tegel and

also non-stop and almost daily. The times are particularly attractive,
not just for holiday makers but also for business travellers.
