Eastern Airways - What time do I need to check-in?
At least 30 minutes before departure, although they strongly recommend checking in earlier. Check-in desks close exactly 30 minutes before departure, late passengers will not be accepted

Are refreshments served during the flight?
Light snacks and refreshments will be served during all their flights. A full complimentary bar including champagne is offered on most services appropriate to the time of day.

Seating on-board, are seats allocated at the check-in?
All seats are allocated at check-in. Restrictions may apply for passengers who wish to sit on an emergency exit row. Emergency exit (extra leg-room) seats can be requested at check-in on a first-come, first served basis. There is no extra charge for this.

Can I smoke during the flight?
In the interests of safety and the comfort of their passengers, in common with all UK airlines Eastern Airways operates a no smoking policy. The use of laptops/palmtops is restricted and the use of mobile phones are prohibited throughout all flights.
