BWIA Network
BWIA has an extensive route system which makes travel within the
region effortless. The island of Trinidad is their gateway to
South and Central America, while their hubs Antigua and Barbados
connect the rest of the Caribbean with easy to book connections
via the smaller Caribbean airlines. Their code share partner United
Airlines connects them to North American destinations via New
York (JFK), Washington (Dulles) and Miami International. BWIA
helps the Caribbean share its identity and culture, its strong
democratic tradition, and extraordinary beauty.
BWIA Caribbean Beat
BWIA's inflight magazine, Caribbean Beat, is regarded as the Caribbean's
leading glossy magazine. Distributed free to all passengers on
board, it is a general-interest, pan-Caribbean publication, produced
in the Caribbean by Caribbean people, it has a strong focus on
music and the arts, sport, personalities, festivals and the environment.
"Caribbean Beat" is a magazine about the real
Caribbean — the way it lives, its writers and painters,
sportspeople, musicians and personalities.
The Caribbean Beat, is published bimonthly, in January, March,
May, July, September and November. As well as being complimentary
to BWIA passengers, "Caribbean Beat" is found at major
trade and travel shows, and is available worldwide by subscription.
